3D MILLING IN WOOD
Wood is one of the most common building materials. It is used to make furniture, various types of ornaments (bas-reliefs, figurines) or caskets and containers. Most of them are made from prefabricated parts that are welded together with fasteners, hinges or nails, with the finished parts not achieving the required shapes right away. Usually we have a piece of wood (such as a slab or board) that needs to be processed, and this is done with specialized equipment in a process such as 3D milling in wood. KnM deals with this service – precise cutting and machining, perfectly finished edges are our specialty.

KnM Company has a professional machining center where we perform 3D milling in wood and other materials such as aluminum, copper, brass, plastics and others. For each order, we select the appropriate cutting and machining tools, machining parameters and software – in this way we are able to realize each customer order. The equipment in our workshop means that we can cut any shape in 3D – regular figures or more complex components with irregular finishes.
Cutting precision
Our machining center is equipped with a 12kW milling spindle, a working table with a working range of 4100mm/2100mm/300mm with a vacuum mounting system for work components, which allows us to cut any 3D shapes in wood according to the customer’s instructions. The modern technology we use allows us to achieve full precision in 3D milling in wood.
