We perform 3D plastic cutting
One of the main pillars of our business is our versatile CNC machines, which allow us to carry out even the most difficult orders. Many customers choose to have their plastics cut by KnM because of the 3D processing, which we are able to perform at a very high level.
What allows us to operate so precisely? Our machining centre is equipped with a 12kW milling spindle. It is this, combined with a large work table, that provides the ability to cut materials for the needs of so many different projects. However, this process would not be as efficient without the vacuum system for mounting the processed elements and the fourth axis of rotation . This last element is crucial for the possibility of performing advanced 3D cutting.

Studio equipment – innovative equipment
Our innovative machining center has a 12kW milling spindle and a working table with a large working range ( 4100mmx2100mm), which allows us to process plastics in 3D technology. With the appropriate software, we are able to cut any shape, maintaining the precision of cutting. The large dimensions of the machines allow us to work on any components according to the customer’s individual design. In addition, we use the technology of cutting with an oscillating knife – we create various types of gaskets, elements of advertising, footwear or clothing. Being equipped with a creasing head also allows short-run production of cardboard packaging.
Implementation of individual projects
KnM also has a fourth rotary axis, which allows us to provide 4D machining services for plastics and wood . We approach each order professionally, taking care of every detail of the project. We are able to produce any components, including table legs or transport augers, as well as make holes in profiles.
