ALUMINUM MILLING
KnM is a professional CNC machining center equipped with a 12 kW milling spindle. We punch any shapes in materials while machining them, achieving high precision. We take care of the details, smoothness of the finish and obtaining the expected format. A large working area allows us to mill aluminum in any size that may be found on the market. As a result, we provide services at the highest level. We reduce cutting time to the maximum, which gives us more possibilities, including batch production, which does not lose quality. We carry out each order with great commitment, which allows us to achieve satisfactory results.
Machining at the highest level
Our machining center can perform aluminum milling in any format. Thanks to the CNC rotary axis, we are able to perform milling in profiles, aluminum tubes, plastic profiles and pieces of wood that require rotation during milling. Appropriate software allows us to cut and machine in 3D according to the customer’s design, and the dimensions of the machines allow us to achieve the required effects. We guarantee the highest quality, smooth finishes and precision of cut materials. We are able to realize almost any project, we perform machining according to the customer’s request – aluminum, foam, MDF or other plastics.
The working table range of our center is as much as 100mm/2100mm/300mm, which translates into a huge versatility of our offer. It is safe to say that we perform milling of aluminum and cutting of plastics or composites in all the most popular dimensions.
